Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using pockman.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Products & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
• Plus sizes (3XL–9XL) carry a surcharge of ₹100–₹500 depending on the product.

Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• Payment must be completed at the time of order placement for prepaid orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a ₹50 handling charge.
• In case of payment failure, do not retry; contact support before attempting again.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — however, you may refuse delivery at the doorstep. Post-cancellation refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact. Refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content on pockman.in — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the intellectual property of POCKMAN. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

POCKMAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
